This is the 3rd part of my Yu-Diary series 'The Dreamer', maybe this series is contained of 35% life story and 65% experience based on song lyrics (the words that I can tell in real life). This not like a chapter story. Every part have different story and topic. You can read the previous part too. The link for pt. 1 and pt. 2.

Are you confused with my tittle for this part? Whalien 52. What is Whalien? If you are a fangirl of K-Pop, especially A.R.M.Y, you must be know this words, because Rap Monster used it in album HYYH pt.2. It's a good song btw (to be honest, all of BTS songs are good). I recomended it for you who always feel lonely and have no friends. Don't worry, I ever feel that too... Everyones do. You can figure out now, what topic in part 3. Yes. Loneliness.

Whalien is stand for 'Whale' and 'Alien'. BTS's song tittled 'Whalien 52' is about a whale that always alone. 52 means it's frequency of the whale's voice. Instead of write down as Whale, they used Whalien to describe the loneliness that sometimes feels strange. Do you think that BTS is accidentally use that words for the tittle track? If you are not BTS fans, maybe you will think the way, that is just accidentally. But, if you are BTS fans (and maybe not fans but can feel the meaning of the song), you will searching it out and find the answer behind the song. You would think that you can find the answer by just reading the english translate of the song. Maybe you will, but for me, NO. I have been struggling listening to the song while reading the english translate, in case I can got the feeling of the song and know the meaning behind it. I have got the feeling but still blank with the meaning. This song is not an ordinary song.

Then, I started to searching it out. I started with keywords 'lonely whale', and you know what appear in the first place? 52-HERTZ-WHALE. And the second place is 'The Search for the Loneliest Whale: 52'. The lonely whale was founded by scientist in 2004. The scientist know the existence about the whale from the voice that caught by sonar. The voice of the whale was so different from the other whale. The whale have voice with frequency 52 hertz. That frequency can't be heard by the other whale. The ordinary whale can only hear the frequency 12-25 hertz. That's possibly the reason why the whale is alone and called 'The Loneliest Whale'.

You know right? Rap Monster didn't write the song lyrics based on ordinary things. But, he used sains to inspired him. The loneliest whale become so deep meaning when it turns to be song lyrics with Rap Monster touch. Hahaha... It's proves that Rap Monster (Kim Namjoon, his real name) is smart and genius.

So, what the connection between the whale and the lyrics? BTS want to highlighting our feelings of alienation. Don't understand? Have you ever feel that you are having a different mind or different opinion about something with other peoples? With different mind and frequency, everytime we talked to other persons, eventhough we have strong mind and faith about it, they still not listen to us.

Oh God, this is always happen to me though. In class, I really want to speak up my mind, and when I did it, they appreciate it. But, I'm sure that they don't take it too long, like it's just for formality. Only for formality. So, that's why, I become so badmood in class and always listen with silently. I only speak when the others talk to me. I know my limit. I know that how much I talk, they don't give so much attention about what I say. So, it just wasting my time to talk to them.

I become Whalien 52 in my class. Every class. I only speak if teacher and classmates ask me. If not, who cares? I tell you that there's so many egoist people around me. I wish I could move from my campus, but it's impossible since I have passed 4 semester already. I just need to go on without even thinking those shitting peoples who talked behind my back. I don't even care. My life was hard, I don't want it become more hard by thinking about the others life.

This sea is too deep, Still I'm lucky
(because even if I cry, no one would know) I'm a whalien
